We defeated and captured Samson. Then, we caught up with Abelas and Morrigan. Abelas said that whoever used the Well would be bound to the elven goddess Mythal…

Morrigan thought that it wouldn’t mean much to be bound to a dead goddess.

Morrigan wanted to use the Well the most. Cassandra was OK with letting her use it, but Vivenne didn’t trust the witch with it; and Varric thought that the whole thing was a lot of weird.

Reluctantly, Sophya drank from the Well. She trusted Vivenne’s belief that the Anchor would protect us…

Sophya was taken to a shadowy realm where a disembodied voice spoke to her in the elven language. She asked about a way to stop Corypheus before she was infused with magical energy…

“-Breathing,” said Varric as Sophya awoke. “That’s good. Let’s keep that up.”

Corypheus saw that the Inquisition had gotten to the Well before him. He tried to attack us, but a female silhouette emerged from the Well to cover our escape through Mythal’s eluvian. It led us back to Morrigan’s eluvian in Skyhold.
